Alyssa joined Tandem Mental Health Associates in 2016 and currently serves as the Office Manager. She is happy to support clients and families with scheduling, billing, and out-of-network insurance questions, while also helping to ensure the practice runs smoothly behind the scenes. She plays a key role in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment for both clients and clinicians. Alyssa enjoys getting to know the clients and families who come through the practice and is often the first point of contact, working to ensure each person feels respected, informed, and comfortable from their very first interaction. Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Alyssa moved to Richmond in 2016. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, reading and listening to audiobooks, attending concerts, thrifting, and exploring the city.
