Supporting adolescents, young adults, and individuals of all ages in building emotional regulation, navigating life transitions, and feeling genuinely understood in a safe, warm therapeutic space.

You’re Looking for a Space Where You Feel Heard, Supported & Accepted

Life can feel confusing, overwhelming, or heavier than you expected it to be. Maybe you’re dealing with anxiety, ADHD, depression, or intrusive thoughts. Maybe your emotions feel intense, unpredictable, or hard to manage. Or perhaps you’ve spent years feeling dismissed, misunderstood, or brushed off by others — and you’re finally ready for a space where you can be honest without judgment.

Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. You deserve a place where your feelings make sense and where you feel genuinely cared for.

Clients often come to me when they:
  • Struggle with anxiety, worry, or emotional overwhelm
  • Experience ADHD-related frustration, inattention, or restlessness
  • Feel stuck in depression, low motivation, or self-doubt
  • Navigate intrusive thoughts or OCD symptoms
  • Are adjusting to major life changes or transitions
  • Want support that is warm, validating, and steady
  • Need a therapist who listens deeply and shows up with compassion

Together, we create a safe, consistent space where you can slow down, understand what you’re feeling, and build tools that help you feel more grounded and in control.

How I Help

My focus is on building a therapeutic relationship that feels warm, trustworthy, and empowering. My style blends gentle understanding with practical accountability — supporting you while also helping you create meaningful change.

In therapy, we may explore:

  • Skills to manage emotions, stress, and overwhelm
  • How thoughts influence feelings and behavior
  • Understanding patterns connected to ADHD or anxiety
  • Ways to navigate transitions or big life shifts
  • Creative strategies that fit your personality and needs
  • Building trust in yourself and confidence in your experiences
  • What it means to feel safe, heard, and respected in relationships

Growth doesn’t have to be rushed — we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable, steady, and aligned with your goals.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

My approach is warm, kind, and deeply relational. I show up with genuine care and curiosity — creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted exactly as you are. I listen closely, ask meaningful questions, and offer tools that feel realistic for your everyday life.

In our work together, you can expect:

  • A space where you’re believed and not judged
  • Warmth, compassion, and honest support
  • Skills from CBT and DBT to help with emotions and stress
  • Creative activities tailored to your needs and learning style
  • Safety to be open, even about the hard stuff
  • A therapist who shows up consistently and genuinely cares
  • Treatment shaped around your goals, values, and pace

My clients often tell me they finally feel listened to — sometimes for the first time in years — and that this makes all the difference.

A Little About Me

Outside of the therapy room, I love spending time with my family and friends, trying new recipes, walking my dog Boone, and getting lost in a good book. I value warmth, connection, and kindness — and I bring those qualities into every session.

I believe people heal when they feel safe, understood, and welcomed as their full selves — and I’m honored to be part of that process.

Now accepting:

  • Children, adolescents, young adults & adults
  • Anxiety, ADHD, depression, OCD, and emotional regulation concerns
