Supporting individuals and couples in understanding relational patterns, healing from trauma, and exploring sociopolitical impacts on mental health.

You’re looking for therapy that honors the full context of your life, including history, culture, relationships, and the systems around us.

You may be feeling overwhelmed, fearful, and enraged by the world around you. You may want a space in therapy to name these feelings outright, especially when they are directly impacting how you’re functioning day-to-day. Mental health is deeply impacted by social, cultural, and political factors, and therapy can and should acknowledge these realities in the session.

You want therapy that feels authentic, collaborative, and insightful. You want to better understand yourself and the ways that systemic factors are showing up in current experiences. I bring my clinical training, curiosity, and perspective, while you bring your lived experience. Together, we decide what feels most important to explore and adjust our work as your needs evolve.

You can take the lead in our sessions, and I’ll be there to accompany you through the journey.

Clients often come to me when they:

  • Are looking for space to exist authentically and better understand themselves
  • Experience relationship conflict, attachment wounds, or sexuality concerns
  • Are feeling overwhelmed and frustrated with sociopolitical stressors
  • Want to process trauma and loss in a safe environment
  • Need support that is empowering, collaborative, and validating

How I help:

My focus is on creating a warm, safe environment to support you as we work towards your goals andgain deeper understanding of yourself.

In therapy, we may:

  • Explore how patterns of relationships and emotions are repeating themselves in the present
  • Acknowledge how systemic factors affect us throughout life
  • Challenge unspoken expectations and build agency follow your values
  • Hold space for many different emotions occurring simultaneously
  • Strengthen your sense of identity and agency

Sometimes it’s helpful to have a space to slow down and say the hard things out loud. We don’t haveto rush through those moments, and instead can find healing in allowing them to exist.
