Providing compassionate, developmentally sensitive care for kids, teens, and young adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

You’re Looking for Support That Feels Safe, Thoughtful & Truly Understanding

Growing up, transitioning to college, managing ADHD, or navigating big emotional shifts can be overwhelming — especially when you’re doing your best but still feel misunderstood or unseen. You may be trying to balance school, relationships, expectations, or the weight of internal emotions that feel hard to organize or express. You want support that feels steady, compassionate, and grounded in real understanding.

You deserve a space where your full experience — how you think, feel, cope, mask, and adapt — is seen with care and without judgment.

Clients often come to me when they:
  • Are navigating ADHD and want strategies that actually fit their brain
  • Experience anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional intensity
  • Are adjusting to school, college, or career transitions
  • Struggle with depression or low motivation
  • Want therapy that is thoughtful, relational, and developmentally attuned
  • Need support in understanding themselves more deeply and compassionately

Together, we create clarity, build emotional tools, and support the parts of you that have been working overtime just to get through the day.

How I Help

My therapeutic work is integrative, trauma-informed, developmentally sensitive, and relational, with strong influences from CBT and DBT. I focus on helping clients understand themselves fully — not just symptoms, but the lived experience underneath.

In therapy, we may explore:

  • ADHD-informed strategies tailored to real-life needs
  • Tools for managing anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional dysregulation
  • Identity development, transitions, and stressors at school, college, or work
  • How thoughts, behaviors, and systems interact in daily life
  • Skills for organization, motivation, and executive functioning
  • Building emotional awareness, resilience, and self-compassion
  • Understanding patterns of coping and masking
  • Supportive collaboration with caregivers when appropriate

Everything we do is grounded in safety, trust, and thoughtful, ethical care — honoring both the science and the humanity of the therapeutic process.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

My style is warm, grounded, relational, and deeply compassionate. I approach each client with genuine curiosity and care, valuing both who you are and how you move through the world. My goal is to help you feel emotionally attuned to, supported, and truly understood.

Clients often tell me:

  • My ADHD strategies are helpful and practical
  • They feel seen in both their strengths and their struggles
  • Our work feels safe, thoughtful, and deeply validating
  • They appreciate the balance of insight, support, and actionable tools

In our work together, you can expect:

  • A therapist who listens with intention
  • Support that considers your whole story, not just your symptoms
  • Practical strategies grounded in evidence-based approaches
  • A space that is neurodiversity-affirming and authenticity-centered
  • Collaboration that respects your pace and your needs
  • Assessment and care that are ethical, accurate, and thoughtful

My hope is that you walk away feeling more regulated, understood, and empowered to navigate your life in ways that feel true to you.
